答案选A，可是E为什么不对呢？

E有三个问题

1.改变了意思：原意是想说 任何一个employee commits a crime, 公司就commits a crime
但是E选项用了复数employees

2.whose作为定语从句，要么前后都用逗号分开，要么不用逗号，E里面用一个逗号是绝对错误的
相当于是 N.+逗号+V

3. whenever 不能表条件，而且也无法和后面的 and if平行

反调戏

commits 作为谓语，这么重要的东西，一个句子的精髓，用，，隔开是什么意思，  这样写会导致主语不清楚    逗号前面一大堆是主语还是仅仅 corporation是主语

即使没有主语问题也不该用逗号隔开   Ron说过，，里是不重要的东西，拿掉对句子没影响，这里去掉显然有影响的
