C怎么看怎么不爽. already + -ing.....？  我还没有见过在，ing 这个结构来一个现在完成时态的标志词already。
我觉得这个句子主要的错误是时态的问题。
而且， 你看原句的结构，because ....tiny islets can be the....., .... have already stimulated....
这隐含着前面那个成分是次，后面那个是主。
C答案明显的就是主次颠倒了。这点看，也是错误的。它强调的对象错了~
