高薪没什么假期的工作与很多假期工资不高的工作，哪个好？为神马？

It is not uncommon for today's graduates to find  jobs in firms after graduating, different people will choose different kinds of jobs :some high salary jobs with few vacations and some low salary jobs with many vacations .I prefer to choose the latter kind ,the reasons are as follows .

First ,even though a high salary is needed in our daily lives ,but learning to enjoy lives is more important .The people who choose the former kind of  job make much more money ,but the reason that they make so much money is to get a better lives ,so why not choose to have more vacations to relax themselves as early as possible .

Second ,apart from the money we need in our lives ,with few vacations in our daily lives , we may feel bored and tired every day .Though we get more and more money in our pockets ,we have a bad mood and tired body .For example ,my uncle Wang established a firm producing Mg ,he managed the business nearly day and night ,and in the last I was sorry to hear that he got stomach cancer and died at the age of only 38 years old .

Third ,there is other factor that we consider ,high salary jobs means that the competition for this kind of job must be fierce ,if our boss find someone  else has better experience ,they will replace the former one ,so we have to worry about being fired one day .

Therefore ,the lives enjoyment ,the emotion in our daily lives ,and the possibility of being fired are all compelling factors showing that high salary jobs are more suitable for a happy life in the future .

Every day there are many kind of movies and televisions showing various programs , most people regard them as a way to relax themselves after a day's hard work ,other people learn some life skills from the characters in the movies .Therefore ,I think movies and televisions should show audience good people are being rewarded and bad people are being punished .

Even though the fact is that someone gets away from being punish who did a lot of bad things ,the movies and televisions should convey the relief to the public that bad people will not get from punishment .The fact is one thing ,but the announcement is another thing .The people will be encouraged to do more good things and when they act as a bad person ,the punishment in the movies will come into their mind ,thus prevent them doing such things .

Apart from the relief announced by the televisions and movies ,those actions will benefit the whole country, because there are more young people especially children than adults watching movies and televisions ,and the characteristic of the children is to imitate  the behaviors from the movies and televisions .Since the movies provide the above principles that give young people a direct direction ,all of our children will behave well.

There is another factor we must consider ,the movies and televisions are mainly used for fun after  working and studying for a whole day ,if the right things do not get a reward or a bad people do not get a punishment ,then the results will affect the emotions of the audience .They may come to the blame the failure to the disharmony of the society ,and what is worse ,crimes may increase .

Therefore ,the right relief being advertised ,the benefit of the next generation ,and the relaxation after work and study are all compelling factors supporting my opinion ,with  so many advantages we can achieve from such actions ,the government should require the medium do such things as soon as possible .

For successful development of a country, should a government focus its budget more on very young children education rather than on universities?

When it comes to education ,nearly everyone will agree that it is the footstone of a country's development .Someone holds the view that the education should be prepared since young ,others disagree .In my opinion ,I think government ought to focus its budget more on universities .

Even though it is generally believed that only the education on young children does a good work can it provide more and more talented people for universities .But things here are completely different .As everyone knows ,the government has many functions including providing education for its people ,the amount of tax is stable ,so the government have to  make a choice between "apples and oranges". Also the students in the universities have a higher possibility of  doing some gifted researches that contribute to the whole society in the short term ,so the money should be put into the places where it can achieve its most value .

Apart from the choice from "apples and oranges", nowadays each country faces fierce competition from other overseas countries ,no matter developed or developing countries .If the government do not put the budget on universities on time ,the other countries will do so and they will develop faster ,which will result in the government lose in the game ,because the government do not seize the opportunity and waste time to invest teaching small children the behaviors they should learn and behave. In the last ,they will know it is a huge step to run after the other countries .

What I mention above is just a few effects of not choose the right direction for a nation ,we also must consider that if the budget is focused on the universities ,it will solve the problem of employment rates .Think about the process ,the money is given to the universities ,the quality of the education will be improved , the students will receive more knowledge and socially skills, and in the last the more contributions will be made .After the economic becomes better ,the government will have the ability to educate his young national at a high level .

In order to solve the problems of the present and the future, people should review
the past.

In general , the lives of many people are so repetitive that people today face similar problems day by day ,thus the experience of the past day shows its importance .So in my opinion ,it is really important for us to review the past to find a more efficient way to solve our present and future problems .

Even though we may not  meet the perfectly same problems in the future ,the old examples of ourselves or other people related to us ,or even some history people may help us a lot .But actually ,we people always forget to learn a lesson from the past ,take the Second War for example ,we human endured the First War ,a lot of countries involved and many people died ,killed or became homeless .Just  a few years after that ,the Second War came ,which led to a worse influence on the whole society .If we human take the experience from the First War ,we can really avoid a big disaster .

Apart from the experience we can learn from the past ,it will also indicate us a  easier way to solve the problems present . Let me show a example of my friend Wang ,Wang was my roommate ,he is from a poor family so every time his girl friend asked him to buy some expensive ,Wang was hesitant. You know ,he refused his girlfriend the first time which made her really angry .I understand his situation completely ,so the second time he meet such problems ,he draw a map of the same things to his girlfriend or buy some other cheap but meaningful objects instead, and this way moved his girlfriend a lot .

In conclusion ,it is reasonable for every individual to review the past due to the reasons I mention above ,it is also helpful for a country to learn a lesson from the past ,and if we both put it into action ,the path will be more smooth, the lives will be more easily.

Is the most important characteristic of a good political or business leader is the ability to take responsibility for mistakes?

As we live in a fast-changing world ,the political or business leaders have to seize any opportunity to develop themselves ,or they will be out of the game .So if a leader makes a mistake ,even though she or he takes the responsibility for the mistake ,the team are out of game .In my opinion ,I quite disagree with the above statement .

Even though it is unavoidable for a person to make mistakes no matter how clever the person is ,the cost of the mistakes is so huge that the leaders have to be as careful as possible when they make any decisions .Take the Nokia for example ,it was the biggest mobile phones seller in the world for many years ,but because the leaders of this company still choose to aim at low prices customers and keep the old phone system unchanged ,when the company Apple put out iphones into the markets ,the Nokia lost nearly all of its markets for just 1 years .After that, although the company planned  to cooperate with Software to make new phones ,it can not get the previous market as before .

Apart from the recovery from a mistake, there are other factors which are more important than the ability to take the responsibility for mistakes such as foresight .Foresight can sometimes avoid making mistakes for the leaders .We all know that Steve Jobs was famous for his foresight at the computers we use today ,so if a leader do not has such characteristic ,it is really not unbelievable for his team to lose in the long run .Governor Romney and Obama debated in 2012 and we all knew the results that Romney failed to see the future of the American of implementing  Obama's policies ,and he also cannot tell the details of his own plan ,so if he took the responsibility for such mistake ,will it meaningful for his party? The result is that they have to wait for another 4 years .

Therefore ,it is true that we people should take the responsibility for mistakes which we make ,but since a leader is a leading figure in a team or a project ,what he or she must to do is to avoid making mistakes ,and this is the ability that the leader should own .

因为环境问题是复杂的，所以个人没有什么可以做。
There are so many people doubting on whether the behavior of one individual can make the terrible environment which is destroyed mainly by human better ,so some people persuade themselves to do nothing to change the present situation ,and the results just get worse and worse .

Even though compared to the disaster we made to the environment ,the individual change seems to make no sense .But actually it does a bog helpful .Think about the following situations ,if one paper is saved by a student ,all the students in China will save a forest .If a glass of water is saved by a housewife ,all the women in Beijing will save a river ,and that is not all .We each individual can do a lot of things ,we can plant a small ,save food ,and turn up  the temperature on the air condition, every small step will be meaningful when it comes to a huge population .

Apart from the accumulation of the small actions ,it will be worse if all of the individuals do nothing. Many countries come to realize the importance of acting together by all human to defense our planet from being destroy by ourselves ,the continued rising sea levels and the heavier greenhouse effect are the alarms that nature shows us .Care must be come into consideration that which way we human should choose to develop for a long time .

More importantly ,the nature disaster has brought us a huge loss since the industrial revolution ,since the environment problem are complex, huge amount of money should put into the research of the solutions to solve the difficulties we human face ,if all of the individuals study hard ,then may be he or she can make contributions to the method of dealing with the environment problems .If some wealth people donate some of their money to the scientists ,the research will be done more quickly .

Therefore , we must do our best to protect the environment ,every small step .Trust ourselves and we will beat the problems .

When is comes to the part-time jobs ,every one has his or her own idea .It may take a student in a university  so much time to finish the job that the student will fall behind the courses and projects  he or she should take .But in my opinion ,the benefits gained from the jobs will outweigh the losses .

Even though it is said that a student's responsibility in a university is to learn as much academic knowledge as one can ,the socially skills will also be needed after we students graduate from colleges .And this is the points ,we can learn many kinds of skills that we can not learn from our classes .While in the jobs ,we have to behave well and communicate politely with both our boss and customers ,we have to finish our tasks on time ,no matter how difficult they are ,we also have to do all the work alone with no one to rely on ,all those things help build us a strong perseverance, courage ,and belief .

Apart from the training we acquire from the jobs ,we can also receive some money. It is so meaningful because we can make money by ourselves. As we all know ,the poor are the most among the whole population ,it is true that many students do not have enough money to hand in their college fees, it is not uncommon that many people have to give up the opportunity to get a higher education in China because of poverty .Taking part in the jobs will really do a help ,let me take my classmate Wang for example ,Wang works both at our university dinning hall and library ,although he do not wear beautiful clothes or have delicious food every week ,he can continue his education and be friends with us ,he is always happy and believes that he will have a bright future .

Therefore ,skills gained from the jobs and money made through one's own hand are all compelling justifications for the advantages we college students can receive .
