关于指代和there is 的一道题

E中的they指代不明。存在歧义。

我仔细看下题目，会发现：后面的that引导的不是一个定语从句，而是个名词性从句，用来表述inform的内容。所以这里they可以指代上一层级的任何一个复数名词，而不是就近指代。还有employees不是特指，所以前面不应有定冠词the. 还有require sb to do sth是个固定搭配。

这是个固定搭配，是一个判断的依据，前面的两点已经足够把E排除了。
