请问这个句子是否有问题？

TheContractor shall not use for any purpose other than performing the Services ordisclose to any third parties, any business or technical information, knowledgeor data of the Principal disclosed to the Contractor in connection with the Servicesor developed by the Contractor in the performance of the Services.

来源是承包商提供的合同范本，我看了觉得从语法角度，第一个句号前的or已经被包含在了other than的语义范围之内了，所以从语法角度上讲，泄密也是被准许的了，是这样的么？

是吧？问了几个同事，中国的和鬼佬，看了以后都说句子没错，他们知道是什么意思，搞的好像这个句子有多么复杂，读不懂似的，

虽然GMAT考了很多年了，习惯还在，呵呵

结构很清晰的说：

The Contractor shall not
       use （谓语） for any purpose other than performing the Services
       or disclose （谓语） to any third parties,
              （谓语来了 any business or technical information, knowledge or data of the Principal）
                            定语【disclosed to the Contractor in connection with the Services】
                            or 定语【developed by the Contractor in the performance of the Services.】

结构很清晰的说：

我觉得这是份合同，虽然从语法上严格来说，他用disclose而非disclosing可以看出并非和performing是一块的，但是没有标点符号分开总还是觉得有些怪。

这书刚读完一年多，感觉英文退化很厉害啊！怎么搞的

LZ 这句子贴的太凌乱了。
or 和别的词都黏在了一起看着好累。
disclose和use 并列，感觉没有什么歧义。
