选B啦，我知道A为什么不对，是因为enable和 be able to 重复了，可是og在解释A为什么不对的时候还说to apply is not logically parallel to the infinitive phrase to move,, 然后我就又懵掉了，介个to apply和 to move哪里不平行啦？难道词组中be able to 平行用法的时候able不能省略？即一定要是 i am able to run and able to eat的形式???

我的理解是：to apply与 to be able to move 不平行。
暂时忽略enable与be able to的重复问题，enable to导致两个动作是move 与apply，如果A平行的话，那么就只能enable ... [to apply]  and [to be able to move]。

如果真的用到able可以省略，保证to do部分平行就可以了，但是很明显你没明白这道题讲解点，就是kiwi讲的，你再好好理解一下
