看了不同资料，A和D都出现做过正确答案，请大神指教，究竟A和D哪个语法有问题呢，顺带讲下B就更好了。大谢！

in my opinion,A it is!
D的问题在于，这里的with修饰有歧义，到底是sky with the power还是Esaugetu with the power？因为从语法上来说都可以修饰。GMAT doesn't like "with" clauses when a more precise and concise relationship between the two things could be written(这句话来自manhattan的一个instructor)
B的问题在于，原本是两个独立的noun modifier（从A中的and可知），这里改成了V-ing，变成了有联系了。一般来说V-ing是用来修饰preceding clause的，要么是提供addtional information（指前面的动作同时发生的事），要么是前句的结果，那这里逻辑意思就不对了。因为had the power跟sky was the floor或者who dwelt是没有前面所说的两个逻辑关系的。所以eliminate B。

想问下：Had the power to give and to take 两个to才能保持平行吗？会不会冗余？
            可以是 the power to give and take
好纠结这种平行要不要保留前面的to或者that
