但是关于A中的时态我觉得有问题， 原文中用的是has sent。 但是后面没画线的地方用的是has announced。 sent prices 在 announce之前， 两个都是用现在完成时会造成顺序的混乱。has sent 不是应该改成had sent吗。  求解释。。

present perfect對應的time frame：過去的某一時點到現在。
所以send和announce對應的時間終點都是now。

在用present perfect的時候一般考慮的是動作是否現在還在持續/對現在依然有影響。

不需要改成had sent，因為時間重點都是now。只是send跟announce的動作都是開始在過去。

虽然还是觉得说不通。 我觉得都用现在完成时态会让人感觉分不清send和announce哪个在前  不过还是谢谢。。
不纠结了， 反正这个题目排除法也做的对的。
