关于并列的一些疑问

我选的是正确答案B，但是对讲解中的补充说明不是很明白。

该句中的并列结构vulnerable to any ... or to any 和 vulnerable to any or any表达都正确，第二个to和第一个to功能一样，可以省略。

如果这么理解的话，那么both from ...and from ...的from也可以省略了？

both and和not only   but also句型必须严格对称，其他的普通并列是可以省略的。
