关于OG上的解释，我查看了一些帖子之后，有了一个总结并且加上了自己的想法，但不知道对不对，请NN们指正~~~ B：confidence的用法有：1）confidence to do sth表示有信心做某事 ;2)confidence in sb表示对某人有信心。在表示“对某人做某事有信心”时应该用从句，而不应该把上面两个词组夹杂（注意confidence to do sth 的发出者是confidence的主语）；另外，语义上应该是对avoid the recession..这件事有信心，而不是局限在economy本身上。所以the economy to avoid the recession用法不好； rather在单用时只能表示“fairly or to some degree”，只有在rather than,would rather...than..,not..but rather..等词组里才表示“不是..."的概念，所以这里不对 但是，我有两个问题：1）OG上说what不能代替that,但是这里可不可以理解为what引导的同位语？2）不考虑confidence in sb to do sth这个词组本身不好的问题，把rather to改成but to或者rather than可以吗？
C：OG13在91题上对D的解答上说明，“，and"后面必须有自己的主谓，所以C中instead to come 没有完整的一句话。同理D选项。
