ISSUE：Some people believe that in order to be effective, political leaders must yield to public opinion and abandon principle for the sake of compromise. Others believe that the most essential quality of an effective leader is the ability to remain consistently committed to particular principles and objectives.

ARGUMENT：In a study of the reading habits of Waymarsh citizens conducted by the University of Waymarsh, most respondents said that they preferred literary classics as reading material. However, a second study conducted by the same researchers found that the type of book most frequently checked out of each of the public libraries in Waymarsh was the mystery novel. Therefore, it can be concluded that the respondents in the first study had misrepresented their reading habits.

Write a response in which you discuss what specific evidence is needed to evaluate the argument and explain how the evidence would weaken or strengthen the argument.

阅读：有篇是说一个古代叫做A的名作家以clarity著称。然后他的著作有两种，一种是为出版而准备的，另一种是自己收集的Notes.流传到现代的是Notes.文章说了一个好处是古代评论家就是欣赏这个A作家的Notes。一个坏处就是这些Notes比较obscure，很难懂。容易产生不同的解读。对A作品现代评价也因此有分歧。

哎楼主，我也差不多，一战战死了146+164，悲催的二战去了。不过最近这状态，考这个分有点幸运了
