注意：是suspect of 。。。

就这么简单吗？ 我看到很多解释都是根据句意解释的，看的我晕头转向。如果平行，为什么taped和used不是平行呢？唉    帮帮我啦~~~

tape不只是tape 是having illegally taped 这个结构跟used好像也不能平行吧

原句缩写为：The lawyer charged that she suspected the police of having taped conversations and then used the information.

关键在于这个then,如果是把suspect sb. of ving and then of ving,那么then不就是在修饰suspect这个动作的先后了么？
但是根据意思，我还是认为then说的是police两种行为的先后啊？

and then到底在说什么？？？

是辩护律师认为警方做的两件事，用and连接，then表了下先后吧，ls说的没错呀

我感觉这道题很tricky。

在处理平行问题时，可以在看到平行标志词后，向前寻找可以与标志词后结构平行的结构（或向后寻找，关键看怎么划线），在这些语法上可以平行的结构中再根据语义挑选最合适的结构。

不妨将原句中的这一部分拿出来看一下：
she suspected the police of having illegally taped her confidential conversations with her client and then used the information obtained to find evidence supporting their murder charges
这里平行标志词是and，如果used是正确的，那么向前看，可以平行的结构有suspected和taped，这其实是有歧义的。

看看原句未划线为什么用了having done，其实是想表达tape和use两个动作的先后，and后的then也提示了这一点，这两个动作都是she怀疑的police先后做的两个动作。

D中of using，平行和句意都没有任何问题。
