逻辑上讲due to应该修饰there are fewer...,但A中due to 修饰了reserchers determined...,即应该是there are fewer...due to...而不是reserchers determined...due to...

1.Bluegrass musician Bill Monroe, whose repertory, views on musical collaboration, and vocal style were influential on generations of bluegrass artists, was also an inspiration to many musicians, that included Elvis Presley and Jerry Garcia, whose music differed significantly from his own.

(A) were influential on generations of bluegrass artists, was also an inspiration to many musicians, that included Elvis Presley and Jerry Garcia, whose music differed significantly from

(B) influenced generations of bluegrass artists, also inspired many musicians, including Elvis Presley and Jerry Garcia, whose music differed significantly from

首先这个句子的主干是:

BM(, whose....were influential,) also inspired...., including xx and xx, whose...

由于原文有一个also,这个also的意思是 BM这个人,不仅他的repertory, views,和vocal style是对历代blugrass艺术家有影响的,他本人对很多音乐家也是一个inspiration。

即,逻辑上,influenced和inspired(根据正确句子,用动词形式)都是BM这个人对其他人的影响。

所以,B项在没有改变原文意思的情况下,也保留了这个符合逻辑的also。

另外,就是B很好的cover了A出现的相对错误,例如
influenced动词比were influential好,
inspired比was an inspiration好,
including 比 that included好

所以选B。
