答案是C，但是，后面句子的主语不需要平行对称么，traditional pharmacies和on-line drugstore。

话说as is the case with……是固定搭配。我觉得这里不要求完全对称，只要意思对称就行了。第一个分句说的是就像traditional pharmacy的情况，第二个分句的意思是prescription是on-line store的cornerstone，前后是两种情况对比。

纯属个人愚见，还请各位大神指教

话说as is the case with……是固定搭配。我觉得这里不要求完全对称，只要意思对称就行了。第一个分句说的是就像traditional pharmacy的情况，第二个分句的意思是prescription是on-line store的cornerstone，前后是两种情况对比。
