这道题的正确答案是C没有问题~但是看A的错误答案解析时候说A选项是倒装句，而且has与主语words不一致，要改为have，所以为绝对错误选项。

一直对倒装的句式不理解，看不出来呀！看出倒装的童鞋是先看出句子意思应该是words 加入French里面这个关系，或者说这个语意推出这句话是倒装的吗？因为我判断倒装一般都是通过主谓来看的，这样一整反而把我整糊涂了！anyway，童鞋们是怎么判断句子是倒装的啊，像A选项这种~

关于倒装：倒在哪里？
正装的句子是：主语+谓语；倒装的句子就是：谓语+主语。
所以，一个句子，只要先见到的是谓语，后见到的是主语，那就是倒装。目的是表强调。
由原句：to which引导French的定语从句可知，which=French，放在to这个prep.之后作定语从句的宾语。那么，定从的主语一定另有其人了~往后一看，找到了words。但在words之前先有了has been added这样的谓语，充分说明这是倒装结构。
总之，看倒装一定要找准主语和谓语。这道题目，只要知道which是定语从句的宾语，就不难解出了。

原题A选项如果将has改为have的话：
their language is basically seventeenth-century French to whichhave been added English, Spanish, and Italian words

按照PT讲的也就是，which是指代French的，从前面的to可以判断这个which（也就是French）是作宾语的，后面那个定语从句就变成O+V+S，所以是倒装句。
被PT启发了一下，我觉得是不是也可以这样看。在从句里面，to which这种不是名词结构，只能作状语，不能作主语。所以这个句子世界上是"状语+V+S"了呢？

再往下想了一下，如果把这个to还原到have been added to，这样子的话原句变为：
...... French whichhave been added to English, Spanish, and Italian words
应该就无法判断这句话是倒装句了吧？如果抛开题目，仅仅就这句话的意思来讲这句话的意思是不是就只能翻译成了"French has been added to words"了呢？

你说的 French whichhave been added to English, Spanish, and Italian words
的确可以作两种翻译：把French加入English, Spanish, and Italian words （则which=French在从句中做主语）
                        以及 把English, Spanish, and Italian words加入French（则which=French在从句中做宾语）
正因为如此，为了避免大家不知道定从的引导词which=French究竟在从句中作主语还是宾语，才必须要把那个to提前。

恩，这道题目和你之前举的例子是一个道理，也是为了避免不知道是谁derive from谁，所以必须把from提前，确定which是个宾语。
