I am not very familiar with MIS, but frankly speaking, there are not many univ. in CA, further to that, there are not many univ. in CA that you would like to go to, less than 10, I guess, or 15 at most, correct me if I am wrong ( UBC, Queen's, UWO, UT, York, Waterloo, Alberta, McGill, Calgary, McMaster, U Ottawa, what else? maybe SFU and Concordia..) These are the schools that I researched when I planned to go to CA years ago ( but I ended up not going).  So, if it is limited to CA, then, if you can't find many MIS programs in these univ., neither can anybody else. It is just what it is, nothing to do with whether people here are willing to answer questions or not.
