因为pare发生在“写这个句子时”的将来。如果是would的话，就说明写这个句子的时候已经发生过了。

还是有点不理解诶。。。英语中，通常间接引语都是由用过去时态的动词引导的。这时直接引语中的动词必须变成相应的过去时态。如：
