A,B,and C 这个楼主应该知道吧 A, B and C, D,and E 这个好像是习惯用法吧 “，and ” 应该描写是并列的最后一个
其他两个我也不是很清楚。。。。。。。

20题主语是values，declining修饰语。

24题in part和partly意思一样，ps：这道题答案是E么，sure？
