我知道别的选项是怎么错的啊，知识不明白B中的in the united state钱为什么不用保持平衡加in，不过还是谢谢了。

in A and B 还是in A and in B
如果A和B是属于同一类别的名词，那在不会引发歧义的情况下，可以用in A and B
D、E中US不加the容易引起比较对象上的歧义，而这一问题在B中就不会出现

觉得如果是B的话，people是泛指，而且人不能同时在F&US，所以就没有D中的歧义。D中没有in的话，可以理解为法国和美国（共同）的rate。

还有Prep08笔记D项解释D.the rate of fatty foods错，不是foods的rate，而应该是consuming foods的rate；consumed in France and the United States错误，应该在the United States前加in，同时主语rate应改为rates，且谓语动词改为are
为什么rate要改为rates？用单数为什么不可以
