有now在，怎么看都不像个结果吧？
想说是结果状语，起码得把now去掉。

从意思上看
无论经过多长时间的研究，drawing conclusion不是一个被动，被“导致”的结果，是那个什么学家主动的动作。


从语法上看
前面是现在完成时，后面接一个结果状语...感觉怪怪的。
你找一下分词做结果状语的例子

前面的动作都是一般过去式。随着动作发生，结果马上出现的，才会用结果状语。
