此题我选择了D。
A：viewing....我觉得有修饰前面整个句子的嫌疑，即伴随的是experts believe...；D选项that指的是economy,也就是说这个经济是处于温和增长的经济和低膨胀的经济之间的一种经济。D选项的是瑕疵是view to be。但从GMAT的考试方向来看，对于错误伴随貌似看的更严重。

D的will be 和后面的 certain to leave重复

前面有主语policy makers ，跟在主语后面不会修饰整个句子，也不会修饰一个不完整的句子。伴随是修饰整个完整的句子

will be certain to leave, 这个为什么重复呢？只是将来时态呀
前面有policy makers，为什么就不会导致伴随有问题呢？

present partiple used to modify the previous clause generally in two ways:

1) happen together  (example:Visitors to the park have often seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging like socks on a clothesline--->describing how the monkey sleep on the branches)

2) a direct consequence.

this problem,
a/  Can U figure out what does this part mean ? "Many financial experts believe that policy makers at the Federal Reserve" --->it is not a complete sentence--->U have no idea actually what does experts believe.

b/  the information after the partiple is <a consequence of the previous part >or <the things happen together>(to describe the previous part).   BOTH are not right in logic.

thus the partiple here cannot be used to describe the previous part.
