按你这样说的话  这题C  就不能算错了    
答案里 这个C是错的  原因就是 they 指代不清 前面有2个复数
  如果按照你的理论  那这题 就近指代 前面的

在og中经常会认为一个句子中如果出现两个以上的复数名词，则复数代词就会出现指代不清的错误。然而，实战中不能仅凭这一个准则来判断句子正误~~~以上摘自旧语法破解。据我个人理解，应该是首先看是不是出现了两个复数名词的指代情况，如果还有更好的选项，那么肯定不选会出现指代不清的选项。但是，题目中没有给出更好的选择，我们就只能根据就近指代原则选出一个相对最优的选项。也就是说，语法题中的正确选项，很可能不是绝对正确，而只是相对正确的~就想你问的关于指代stars的那个题，正确答案只是一个相对最正确的~呵呵，个人理解，不够权威，仅供参考哦~~~

 c的解释是：THEY is ambiguous,possibly  referring to either the states or the Games.
所以c里的they就是指代不清啊
