GMAT is a hard factor,don't be not confident, just get out weekends/after-work weekdays wholy out for one months, maybe two, have a shot. 750 is not hard, when you really devote..and now you don't need to think for essays. At least if you reapply next year, GMAT is still there. For other two, quite subjective, really depends on the school's preference and the current admit mix.
