前面一个their，跟后面一个they，是用分号连接，难道指代同一主语？

选相对最好的吧，A,B,C跟在cousins后面的修饰语歧义的更离谱了。

而且第二个句子中they虽然表面上也有可能指代cousins，但是they后面紧跟了often green进行修饰，和修饰cousins的round and red有明显的比较对应关系，所以逻辑上应不至于引起误解。
