B that their names will not be used
C that their names are not used
D of not having their names
E of not naming them

答案是A
但是A答案that后面连接的并不是一个完整的句子呢。

LZ,这题两个考点：
1、on condition that要用虚拟语气；
2、name不是实意名词，不能被use
