GWU MSF 没有学位证也开始审了

今天早上六点收到以下邮件：
DearApplicant,
Iam happy to inform you that there has been another change in the policy and wewill be, from now on, able to refer applications to the admission committeeeven before we receive the final transcript/diploma.
You will receive adecision from us soon.

不知原来因为没有学位证被GWU拒掉的同学都收到没~？
