请问E为什么不对呢，语法笔记上说的也不是很清楚

我觉得是平行吧，前面是 people this century have been killed by the great white shark，后面应该是（people this century） have been killed by by bee stings。如果·是D，后面就成了 the people killed by bee stings.
相比较是B 更好。

选项E好像是ones不对吧，ones在这里指的是这个世纪的7个人，在这里必须用those
个人觉得，因为被蜂蜇死的人和被白鲨弄死的不是同些人，其他没有什么不对的，
不深究的话，破折号和逗号在这里没有什么区别，楼上讲的我觉得有些模糊，
如果我有什么错误的，请指出。。
