我当时没选D的思路是creating 就近修饰stocks,  因为是120 billions 才导致 bubble， 所以stock不能create。。。请大牛们帮助。
小弟3天以后就2战了。。紧张。。。。。。

问题1, in a town 后面的是状语从句。town不能做has 37%....的主语。
问题2, creating 修饰的是整个句子表示目的，这样的结构并不需要就近修饰。另外there is /are  一般都是错的。
