V1.The following appeared in a memorandum to a team developing accounting software for SmartPro Software, Inc.:
“Currently, more professional accountants use SmartPro accounting software than any other brand. However, in the market for personal accounting software for non-professionals to use in preparing their income tax returns, many of our competitors are outselling us. In surveys, our professional customers repeatedly say that they have chosen SmartPro Software because our most sophisticated software products include more advanced special features than competing brands. Therefore, the most effective way for us to increase sales of our personal accounting software for home users would clearly be to add the advanced special features that our professional software products currently offer.                                                                              V2.一个软件公司，在制作professional software时很NB，是行业老大。但是在unprofessional software方面不行，公司就问他们的professional software的客户，为啥买professional software，客户说因为功能多还不是什么的。。。然后就说为了increase sales要给unprofessional software也加这些东西。。。



自己想到到了两个
一个是调查的可靠性
二是把 专业用户 和个人用户 错误类比。

请教各位NN还有啥漏洞。。。

3the meaning of the vague concept" home users". Compare with non-professinals to use in preparing their income tax returns mentioned above.It can be home users to use accounting sofware to manage daily expenditure,or business students do their accounting homeworks
4 the author’s solution rests on the assumption that products is sufficient to give birth to the sales. Common sense tell us that sale was due to a combination of factors.eg If the competitors software company enter into  the market far earlier than SP, holding lots of honest users.Of course they sell more.
5 ok,even if the add the advanced special features can do some help to the sales,it  is hard to say it is a  most effective way. Other measures such as   cuting down the price , good marketing skills would be better than former one.In addtion, adding advanced special features could improve the costs,that means the price of the software will be also  rised,and then sales would be down.The effects of that will be offset.
