答案是A，通过优选法能够排除BCDE的选项，但是A选项中的it作形式主语，我记得大全里面有一道题说it作形式主语只能指代to do，即it...to do ...的结构，而it ... that ... 的结构是错误的，不知道这条（必须指代to do的）原则是否是选择的强制要求？希望NN指点

看了OG上的一道题，正确选项是it...that，看来it指代to do和that都可以

it 做形式主语不可以指代介词短语，可以指代主语从句，如it is that....it 可以指代that 后的内容；也可以指代to...但是不可有指代介词哦！
