请教关于be动词省略的一题

B里面的had been时态使用并没有特定依据
而C里面and后面从句省略be动词是应该的，因为前面的从句里有be动词

1.既然原句有and 就先找平行阿，and前面(the economic and social) usefulness( of the motor car)was demonstrated ，adj.+n.+prep短语+be（过去式）+verb（被动/过去式），因此and后面也按照这个结构去找。
2.其实B的had been 跟was demonstrated没什么对应关系看着很不对，但是GMAT考试遵循“选择相对更好的“的原则，其它选项更不对了AC 平行结构错DE---我就知道当5个选项中3个选项结构相似，比如本题3个都是and its结构，3：2嘛，后两个不用看了答案一定在前3个中。
3.lz能说明下你是怎么看出C中的be动词是省略的么？有什么根据？
据我所知：平行结构的省略1.to do A and (to) do B
                                         2.can do A and (can) do B
                                        3.have done A and (Have) done B
                                        恐怕就是没有lz说的省略be 动词，而be/verb恰恰是绝不能省略的
