The issue concerning whether to censore the radio and tv programs carefully is very controversial. Some may contend that little or no censorship may affect the people's values to the society and children may imitate from the programs. Honestly, I agree that approriate censorship is necessary but from my point of view ,careful censorship is not suggested.


Obviously, the careful censorship of tv and radio programs violate the human's right of freedom of speech. For example ,the north korea is a country that people can talk little about thepolitics.All the television and radio programs are censored carefully there that any speech about the advantages of capitalist countries is not permitted.What's more ,the criticism of the leaders of north korea is illegal.That media is the most effective way to let public know the truth is known by all human beings.Thus careful censorship may be used as a good way by the authorities to fool the public That they may conceal the side effects of their policies and exaggerate the good ones.


Futhermore,there is a invisible hand in the market so market may decide what kind of programs is approriate by itself.Parents don't want their chidren to be affected by the violence cartoon so they will notchoose and pay for the channels which like to broadcast such cartoons all day. Thus no channels will decide to broadcast the violence cartoons all the time.As a results ,children will only watch the good cartoons .So the careful censorship is just a waste of money and time. The market will be controled by itself.


Admittedly, approiate censorship is indispensible.It may avoide the bad effects of some horror and violence films to citizens. But careful one requires a lot of money and huamn resources which comes from the citizen’s taxes .Weigh up the benefits and losses of the careful censorship, I highly recommend that careful cencorship is totoally not necessary .


To sum up .I believe that in the competitive market,careful censorship is not essential and human rights is also violated. Careful censorship is just a waste of taxes and should be canceled aroud the world.
