一道8月狗狗语法题求解

选项有
Compared to those of
when compared to
when compared to those of
大家选那个呢~~？
这个地方我有点晕了，到底tribes和villages能不能相比呢~？一个部落一个村庄？需不需要加those~？
还有这个地方的when加与不加有什么区别~？when是不是后面必须得跟从句来着~~？
连词(l例如although等）后面是不是可以跟完整的句子，又可以跟doing,adj等（逻辑主语是句子主语）？

本人觉得能比，部落与村庄比，两者应该表达一致吧。
when与although后是可以不加完整句子的，在做大全时碰到过很多，只要逻辑主语正确就可以用动词ing或过去分词做定语跟在状语连词后形成修饰成分。

umm，不确定是否一定选A，3选1其实也只是矮个里拔高个，因为when引导的时状是不可能对的...
