A：照OG的解释，句子谓语的前后各有一个从句，太罗嗦。。。。应该把后面那个从句提前，用it做形式主语
B：不能说一个从句be at fault，应该说人be at fault
C：只说了educators有错，没说明他们错在have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology。。。请LZ仔细揣摩，这一点C和D是不一样的

C的it 没有指代。OG说句子没有compete意思表示若it做形式主语的话后面还应该有一个that从句引出，或者to do 不定时来指代it，而这里的it没有任何指代

B的错误是否在于Be at fault，如果改成Be their fault是否就对了。但是为什么这样就对了，其实还是不明白B到底错在哪里，请NN帮忙解释一下吧。谢谢。
