答案是e，为什么b不对呢？b 表示现状已经减少了，将来继续减少啊！ are reduced even further不是强调了现在已经在减少了吗？那后面不是也应该强调一下现在的状态然后再说将来减少的事情啊？不明白，请大家指教。

我个人认为B的选项不符合GMAIT语法的简洁性。一个continue就足以表达have been 以及will的状态。另一方面，条件句if用的一般现在时 所以主句用将来时态。E最简洁有效

按照新东方的说法，continue不能用复合时态，现在看上去基本上是正确的。
