PREP的答案是C,可我选了E
我一开始觉得应该用that,就直接把ABC毙了...
而且我用古狗搜了下，prohibit ... to be done的用法是可以的。

GMAT语法中prohibit有两个用法：1.prohibit from 2. prohibit sth 而且，lz一开始就不应该因为that把ABC排除啊，排除也应该是排除DE…… would表示两种意思：1.有可能性，但是可能性小于will 2.与事实相反的假设 而且that从句相比于直接用prohibiting显得wordy
题目的意思是“为了试图保证其innovative water purification method的安全，这个公司要求每个员工签署一份保密协议，这个协议严禁innovative water purification method被泄露给任何一家使用类似净化流程的公司”
选项分析：
A prohibit that+clause在GMAT语法中是错误的表达，同样错误的还有forbidden that+clause
B them没有指代对象 前面的主语company和employee都是单数
C正确 清晰而简洁地表达出了题目要说的意思，idiom运用正确 后面的any company强调了“任何”的意思
D that would这个表达wordy，them 无所指，companies没有表达出“任何公司”的意思
E that would这个表达wordy，被动式awkward 而且与前面的employee逻辑含义有点矛盾 什么叫做“要求员工签订协议禁止innovative water purification method不被泄露”呢？a company失去了句子原意
