查证了一下，BY说的是 ”定语从句中的主谓一致“
1）  (only/but) one of 复数名词 + that verb(复数)
     that引导的定语从句修饰复数名词，谓语动词用复数。

2）  the (only) one of 复数名词 + that verb(单数)
     that引导的定语从句修饰the (only) one，谓语动词用单数。

说下个人意见。
1. one of 复数名词 单数谓动 --> 同意，of ... 是修饰one的，比如 one of my brothers is ...
2. one of 复数名词 that 复数谓动 --> 同意，that从句修饰的是复数名词，用复数谓语动词
3. the one of 复数名词 that 单数谓动 --> 同意，强调的是the one, 所以that修饰的是the one，用单数谓语动词
4. only one of 复数谓动that 复数谓动 -->不同意，用单数谓语动词，only one 同 the one 理解
4. only one of 复数名词 that 复数谓动 --> 同意，同上面2.

one of + 复数名词 + 定语从句 时，定语从句认为是就近修饰复数名词用复数动词，但主句还是以one为主语，用单数动词。
出现the在one前面，表示强调这个one，定语从句也好，主句也好，都采用单数动词。
