in my opinion, the policy of forbidding student's renting houses outside campus is reasonable and totally right. they both can benefit from this
policy. additionally, this policy will have a good effect on the management of the university in the long run. it is also can avoid problems for the
students.
the first reason is safety. living in campus is much more safer than the outside.for example, almost every university have thier own employed guards who
patrols around the campus everytime. and also the alarming system  is located precisely around every building, not to mention the student's dormitory.
all these conveniences means that we students can call for help if anythings happen. we would need to worry about any emergency. additionally, chances of
incidents such as rubbery or rape and any violent issues can be reduced with the management of the university. but, outside can hardly guarantee this.
it is an almost strange environment for you. how about the public secirity? will you have an easy access to help in case of an emergency? these two issues
is  you must consider. safety is first, if a student living an environment that without an insurance of safety. how can we imagine what the life will be?
so for safety's seek, renting houses outside the campus should be banned.

secondly, the reason of students who likes to living outside of the campus is primarily because freedom and privacy. some students feels uncomfortable and
unconvenience when they living toghther with their roommates in the their dormitory. but an impotant fact that they failed to realize is campus life
also cultivate our ability of communication and our adaption of new circumstance. living outside the campus means one was isolated from his roommate.
this can do harm to their developing and even studing.the chances of communicating can be ruduced by living out side the campus.

in conclusion, we can say that the policy of fobidding student's renting houses outside campus will be good at both sides. student can experience the
different kind of life and the reasonable fee of dormitory can meet the parent's need. the university also can also administer efficiently.
