[求助]3月10号就考了，请山衔等好心人指点一下

我3月10号就考了，我先列出我的复习统计数据，然后想请山衔等好心人版主指点一下最后一周的复习侧重点。

1。已经复习两个月了，阅读听力的统计如下，不知道下面该如何提高到目标水平（红色字，见下面图片）：

2。口语。录了10套录音。在外
    企工作，虽然天天用口语，对于第1、2题Topic和第3、5题对话还好应付，但是面对学术的Lecture比较怕。而且感觉每项口语前的准备时间很少，如果准备的不充分，说得就结巴；准备的好，说的还算流利；但是感觉自己的发音不是太好。不知道这样，下面该怎么复习？(如有需要，可以上传录音，但不知道如何上传)

3。作文。练了有7、8篇左右，本来是用模板的，后来套用了一个常用模板写了一篇独立作文贴在网上，有人评论说，“套用的模板成分太多太明显了，ETS重点的批判对象”；现在我模板是缩小了，重点放在第2、3段的内容写作，后来感觉写得字数能达到400字，但发觉时间就比较紧凑。 我贴个昨天写的作文，给大家看看，给指点一下：

Nowadays, there is an career dilemma for people about whether to lead to management positions or to position of individual responsibility. Depending on the distinct background and person experience, different people hold various view on it: some people support that staff's career is supposed to be from the bottom level (e.g. trainee, officer) to mid-lever (e.g. supervisor, manager), then to high lever (e.g. director, vice-president, or president), which follows the management career path, while others maintain that they would like to work on individual responsibility and do not like to manage other people, such as be a scientist or researcher. As far as I am concerned, I agree the former and against the latter. Two reasons, during the following discussion, will be provided as concrete evidence to support my view.

First of all, I am interested in management subject, such as Marketing management, Human Resource Management. Currently, I am in management trainee position in a pulp and paper manufacturing company. Next step, I would like to be promoted or to change a new company for higher position to practice my management skills which i have acquired during last 3 years. Probably, next year i will stop working for a while for pursuing MBA degree in USA, to enrich management knowledge on my own and enlarge the relation network with other Alumni who study with me.  After graduate from MBA degree, i would like to join a multinational company to lead a department of people achieve our career goal.

In addition, I prefer to work as team rather than work alone. For example, I am handling supply chain in my company. Based on my position, I have to coordinate with each related parties to get my job done: such as  I have to inform Purchasing Dept to find competitive-price raw material when our production cost goes up, I have to inform Logistic Dept when our container can not be loaded on time, I have to ask Production Dept what they request for next production cycle, I have to discuss with Marketing Dept what product is best seller for past year in order to plan raw material and adjust production next year.

To sum up, due to the discussion mentioned above, we are left to concluded that, so far as, Management career path is more suitable for me.

PS：能否有人能帮我这样的菜鸟水平估分？我知道这样问有点愚昧，但是还是忍不住想问，这样考的差就有心理准备了，大不了4月份再考一次呗！
