想问一下，面试的时候会问你是否还在职吗

想在面试之前就辞掉工作。身体不太好，想休息一下。不知道是否可行，会不会有面试官问你是否还在职？

Hi David,

How will admission committee view applicant who is just laid off due to the change of organisation structure of MNC? It is not easy for a middle manager to land a job soon after lay off day in the slack season of job hunting.

会问是否在职，并且对每段工作经历都仔细询问，比如工作职责和离职理由。不过不会对你的日子抠特别细，比如上个工作6月离职然后休息一个月8月入职新公司，你完全可以说你是6月入职的，中间没有裸辞。我觉得申MBA的话，最好不要离职。

以及，拿到offer后去申留学签证的时候也会要求出示在职证明等，不是硬性规定吧，但是有至少比没有好。而且不用担心在职证明的起始工作时间和申请学校时的不同，因为申签证的材料只是签证官看，学校不会过目的。
