求教GWD上一道题！！

就是这个，GWD答案上给的是B，于是我想着increase后面应该是from A to B,所以E选项的表达很奇怪。然而刚刚再看prep2008的笔记，上面也是这道题选了E。。。（其实我一开始做选得也是E,原因就跟笔记上写的一样，因为E选项which的修饰更加明确，而B中还隔了一个in the country）
所以、、这道题到底应该选什么？？？

这题是争议题
说B错的原因是" ,which ranges"修饰了in the country, 但是定语从句可以跳跃修饰,所以不一定错.
说E错的原因是to 10% from 6%别扭,但是也是可以的,所以也不一定错.
这样一来,B,E都可以但是能不跳就不跳,B有可能修饰country,所以产生歧义,不如直接修饰market准确

这题没有争议，选E。
限定性定从才可以跳跃，非限定性定从无跳跃能力。

也就是说非限制性定从里的which 必须是严格修饰逗号之前的名词是吗？
