Hey,
Well there is no simple answer here. To answer you, I would have to first of all see your application. Likely there are some things you should of course change since you were not successful last time, but maybe also certain things can stay the same. The most important thing to do is to show that you have improved and advanced as well as re-considered everything about your application,
