Hello there,
Good to hear from you. Well, the best way to go about it, is to apply to schools from which your target employers recruit. This is likely to be Most Top 10 schools (although more heavily in Wharton, Columbia, MIT, Harvard) and some other schools like UNC, Johnson, Tepper, NYU where for one reason or another, investment banks recruit from.

If you are a chinese national, then your application will be considered amongst those that are Chinese, but of course they will take into consideration your UG experience and any other international experience you may have,

The reason I am applying for MIT is that there are lots of IM firms in Boston, but I will check their employment report to make sure. Thanks for the comment.
