这道题我可以通过排除选出答案，可是我不是很明白这个A选项，这个选项的意思不是说这个季度的个人消费是上个季度个人消费增长率的两倍吗？可是个人消费和个人消费率不是两个不同的概念吗？怎么能用倍数？想了好久不明白啊

这道题正确答案是B。

A选项中that of the 1.4 percent growth rate结构错，that of没有指代对象。

B选项的表达确实有点怪，个人理解直译应是：7-9月的个人消费会有两倍于1.4%的增长速率。double包含了”有“的意思。

无论如何，GMAT认可这个表达方式，记熟吧！
