A：having用来修饰building离得太远造成障碍
B：这里with结构放在that从句后面修饰one，容易引起歧义/费解，不知道with结构是不是从句里面的结构
C：这个and槽点太多，不说了。
D：同上
E：没什么问题，没什么好说的，结构不懂你再问。

(A) a building owned by an individual or individuals having less than eight units and no commercial space (逻辑不正确，house is a building owned by A or B. A=individual, B=individuals having less than 8 untis and no commercial space，这个比较not make any sense)

(B) one that an individual or individuals own with fewer than eight units and no commercial space (sentense fragment)

(C) a building with fewer than eight units, no commercial space, and is owned by an individual or individuals (and is owned by和前面的fewer than xxx, no commercial space不平行)

(D) one that has fewer than eight units, no commercial space and it is owned by an individual or individuals (and its owned by和前面的fewer than xxx, no commercial xxx, 不平行)

(E) one that has fewer than eight units, is owned by an individual or individuals, and has no commercial space (that A, B, and C, A= has fewer than 8 units, B=is owned by, C=has no xxx, 完美平行 )

关于B选项with的用法怎么就有歧义了呢，还有c的槽点是啥？看不出来。。。。

ABCD里的：is one that no commercial space
还有E里的：is one that has no commercial space
会不会好理解一点？

个人观点：
B的结构来看
one+that从句+with短语
that从句和with短语意思上应该都修饰one
但是with这里放在从句后面，也没有逗号分隔
结构上十分倾向于把with结构放在that从句里面

C。and后面是is，前面可以跟is平行的只有New York City后面的is。这样平行的话句意上有问题。

own复数没有问题，a or b + v/be，v/be的单复数就近原则
with错误，带来歧义，是one house with something，还是own with something，优先考虑后者，带来语义上的错误；and no commercial space和fewer than 8 units平行变成了 individuals own with fewer than 8 units and own with no commercial space，题意应该是a house with fewer than 8 units and a house with no commercial space

(C) a building with fewer than eight units, no commercial space, and is owned by an individual or individuals (and is owned by和前面的fewer than xxx, no commercial space不平行)

(D) one that has fewer than eight units, no commercial space and it is owned by an individual or individuals (and its owned by和前面的fewer than xxx, no commercial xxx, 不平行)
