面试时间：1/8/2015 @ 2:30pm 西岸时间，问题都是很常规的，仅供参考。
Question:
1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why MBA & why Rady
3. Short-term goal
4. How do you contribute to your current company?
5. Tell me more about your previous work experience.
6. Team work experience
7. Anything else you want tell me
8. Any question to ask.

整个面试持续45分钟，面试的人是负责MBA录取工作的Director， Jay Bryant. 人很nice，之前在UCSD的info session上见过他，还聊过，不过估计他忘了已经。

今天早上收到录取通知，但是没提钱的事儿，是不是就是没钱的意思啊？

攒rp贴背景，很弱大家勿喷。
国内普通211机械工程本科，美国机械工程Master，学校排名40左右，2012年毕业之后留美工作两年半，无国内工作经验。

G略低于700，惭愧....
T waived
GPA: 本科3.1，Master 3.5

今年的Essay第二个题目，求帮审题啊！！The mission of the Rady School of Management is to develop “ethical and entrepreneurial leaders who make a positive impact in the world through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge”. Please share with us something from your past work and activities that align with this mission, and discuss how you will contribute toward advancing the mission both as a student and as an alumnus.
