GWD一道有关分词修饰的问题 求解答

1.C选项是正确的但是我觉得 that...and that...and that 是不是有问题
2.关于A的分词修饰问题。解释里的说明是hospital不能作为find 的逻辑主语所以错误。
当我做题的时候，我是这么想的。 考虑finding 作伴随动作，hospital 不能作find 的逻辑主语，因此有误——》考虑作伴随结果，显然finding 不能作直接结果，因此有误——》finding 作officials 的定语，逻辑上没有问题但是与原意不同，因而有误。 按照如上办法我排除了A  
想问问这样的方法是不是正确，还是直接因为hospital 不能作find 的逻辑主语就排除了A 选项？？
求NN解答下

having done 可以做非限定性修饰名词吗

Having  done 的总结这个就最清楚了~【来自CD的OG的全解，忘了是哪里下的了】
A) having done和having been done都不是动名词结构，因此不能充当名词成分！                  
   所以SC中，如果这两个结构做主语、宾语等，必错！
B) having done和having been done做后置定语（限定型），必错！
having done做后置定语，一般都要改成相应的定语从句
having been done做后置定语，一般都要改成相应的done做过去分词，或者改成定语从句
C) having done和having been done用于“with独立主格”中必错！
指with+ sb./sth+ having done/having been done这种情况
D)having done可以做非限定性修饰，不能做限定性修饰。                        
E) having done短语中所表达的内容发生在主句动作之前                          
F) When/after +having done 结构一定错
