sums是复数--所以it只能指代单数 Us
我觉得问题是在于{，V-ing}的用法
V-ing做状语表示伴随/结果
而这里面日本不能一边收钱一边用【receive 和 use 不能同时发生】
但是这是using也不是表示一种结果
故而排除掉A选项
