答案是C，我纠结D和C，想请教各位牛牛，为什么D不正确？B中的a substance不会有指代整个production of thromboxane的歧义么？
我看了参考答案说D会引起does not seriously interfere和is 平行的歧义，从而全部修饰thromboxane，但是这种歧义会会在C中引起么？

小菜豆感觉，这题的主要矛盾是区分划线部分到底是同位语还是非限定性修饰语。理论上说两者都可以，
但实际究竟是哪个就看句子作用了，如果句子要解释前面的专有名词那么同位语必然是首选。

但是对于同位语不是很明白，想跟斑斑求证，比如说向这个题，我觉得同位语用法是不是很灵活，就是可以就近修饰还有跳跃修饰？
比如说在In 1713, Alexander Pope began his translation of the Iliad, a work that took him seven years to complete and that literary critic Samuel Johnson, Pope's contemporary, pronounced the greatest translation in any language.这里修饰的就是整个translation of the Illiad？
而 在 Yellow jackets number among the 900 or so species of the world's social wasps, wasps that live in a highly cooperative and organized society consisting almost entirely of females--the queen and her sterile female workers.这里仅仅修饰的是wasps？
