why real estate, why PE..目前在做房地产私募。。。所以未来的career goal就是PERE。。

其实不是想要了解哪些学校有这些program，这个网上都查得到，主要是想了解我这样的背景去Duke， Cornell这样的学校在定位上有没有什么明显的劣势。

Wharton, Kellogg, Haas, Anderson, also have strong MBA in real estate programs
MIT's Real Estate Center is not under Sloan
Marshall has dual degree MRED with MBA
ASU Carey has MRED and certificate programs affiliated with b-school
etc.

however, the problem is these programs are very easy to find
but why lz needs to ask for help instead of finding by yourself?
this somehow shows lz has commitment issue to this subject
and experienced AO will find out this problem in a blink and grant you a ding
So the underlying issue is--what is your real career goal?
i.e. how did you come out this real estate idea? and what would you do if this path is a no-go?

S16的话，我个人觉得gpa+GMAT来证明academic能力已经够了。其次，我还真没研究过哪些program房地产比较好。建议你多做研究，多target几所学校。

建议在房产私募待超过一年的时间再申请，这样既可以增加经验值，也可以让你的职业目标更有说服力。

GPA is slightly low for both schools, however your GMAT is good.  Real Estate wise I don't know about Duke but Cornell is very good, mainly because the Hotel School is right across the street from Johnson.  I know a lot of my friends took tons of real estate courses there.

Alternative is that the Hotel School has a Master in Real Estate Baker Program.  One year program very focused.
